yeah i have tried different dosages. its a personal thing, i don't think you can say "well you need at least x or y" its up to the person. more than three caps (375 mg) is too much for me, three caps are nice, but two does me just fine. you should just experiment. the thing is this, if it gives you diarhea then that is your body telling you "hey thats too much of that" so back off. in fact to find your max dosage, keep increasing till bowels become loose, then back off till bowel movements are normal, thats your max dosage.
