Well, in general posts like this to me seem way too complicated.

Surely the best thing is simply to return to the natural functioning of your body with a natural foods diet.

Taking all sorts of concoction surely is only a short term strategy. They are hardly a return to naturalness are they. It's just more weird stuff. Fine in the short-term, but the bigger picture is return your healthy, diet and lifestyle to a natural one.
