Do you mean Colostrum? Surthrival Colostrum is good. It has all human growth factors, probiotics and is a complete food. I chew gum with xylitol sweetener in it out of the health food store. Be careful as most gum now has Aspartame as a sweetener. Xylitol seems to cut the film stuff in my mouth. TY.
