Hello all,

So I did a Liver Flush with egg yolks. I took two egg yolks, two tablespoons of Sunflower seed oil mixed into juice of two lemons and one lime.

I had no reactions or noticeable benefits. I drank the concoction at 7:30 am on Saturday, in the evening I had a BM with green stones. This is the proof that the green color of stones is not due to the olive oil in Dr. Clark recipe. Because with egg flush I used Sunflower seed oil.

I have done many flushes with Dr. Clark protocol. I must say it yields more stones than the egg flush.

I do recommend doing Colon Cleanse with Epsom Salt before and after the flush, regardless which flush protocol you use. I did not do use ES this time so I can compare, next time I will use ES with egg flush.
