Yes, I think they try to dose progesterone in a way that mirrors the woman's normal monthly cycle; however you may not have to do that since the body will likely be "stealing" prog to make more stress hormones--cortisol. You might ask the doc.

Dr Lee's books are supposedly good on that subject.
