i am addressing my Depression issues an many different levels, nutrition is just one. so, no it has not "cured" my depression, but i definitley feel much better when i take it.

i take a big dose of minerals with ozonated water (with the juice form a slice of lemon) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, this makes me feel great. i higly recomend it. magnesium taurate is one of the minerals. i find that two 125 mg capsules is enough for me and that is much too small an amount to cause diarhea. i open up the capsules and empty them into my glass. i also put in a dose of liquid trace minerals, some potassium (because blood test showed i am low in this) another serving of a liquid balanced major minerals supplement (calcium, magnesium, etc.) then some black strap mollases (very high in carbon based minerals) and sometimes some kelp (again high in minerals and good for the thyroid). i mix this all together then add about 16 oz of ozonated water and drink it down, that a way to start the day!! oh yeah, i also put in about a teaspoon or tablesppon of apple cider vinegar and juice from a third of a lemon! yeah its quite a morning cocktail! but it works for me! i vary it up some but the magnesium taurate, the trace minerals, the lemon slice and the ozonated water are always a part of it.

the magnesium taurate gives me energy, i feel less sluggish, better able to concentrate, and overall a bit more cheerful. if you go here and click on "taurine" it will tell you all about the role it plays in the nervous system.
