It's mostly fatigue though of course it's hard to think positive on the days where i feel absolutely terrible but they don't come too often.

Been taking SAM-e myself, 400mg per day as my doctor recommended, can't tell any difference thusfar.

I don't know if I've ever taken MSM, I'll probably end up testing it out but not just yet, got too many things I want to try already lined up.

I have tried out turmeric/curcumin pills, 500mg, didn't get any effect from it sadly.

Gut test I had done back four-five years ago showed leaky gut as being a thing, don't know if it still is, I don't get constipated much anymore though my bowel movements are almost always a rather too light shade of brown though these past three days since I took that berberine supplement my doctor gave me for bacterial overgrowth of the gut my movements have been more darkly colored the way they used to be in the times when I had much more health about me, really hoping this is a lasting effect.

What do you consider overdoing it as far as proteins supps go? Would it show up on any tests if I were overdoing it, any specific organs that would suffer? The amount ive been taking is the max dose that the supplement recommends, it's a 33 gram scoop with 23 grams of that being protein taken four times a day. Ive had liver enzymes tested multiple times, the only thing unusual is that the alkaline phosphatase is always low or nearly low, whenever ive asked doctors about it they have told me it's good and doesn't indicate anything. Had WBC's tested several times as well, never anything unusual. Don't know if ive mentioned but Epstein Barr virus has always come up as existing in my system in a chronic reactivated form, it's one of those abnormal test results that no one can tell me what to do about.

might have to get some lecithin, sounds worth trying.

The breath test was for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, it had me breathe into a bag and capture that breath sample in a test tube, first a regular breath then after taking a lactulose solution several more were recorded to determine the chemicals given off over time, the test showed a moderate amount of harmful bacteria in my gut so I took a berberine supplement for two days, was supposed to be for two weeks but the thing contains a hydrochloride form of berberine that irritated my gut and caused burning, even at half dose of it was too much so i stopped, docs on holiday so i'll have to wait to see what to do. I hope the good side of the response i got from the medicine is because of the berberine and not the stomach acid, would be tricky if I have low stomach acid but gut tissue too damaged to handle acid supplementation, I read about that in a book about acid supplementation, the remedy as stated is to take glutamine for a while to heal the gut then try again but seeing as how ive been taking glutamine it would be hard to tell. I've considered a heidelburg capsule test to directly tell if my stomach acid levels are sufficient but there arent any centers in my state.

No way I could go more than a day on veggies alone, I'm open to alternatives.
