coulda swore it was only a dollar or so less at the most. no clue wtf ur talkin about. that said, as for past tense effective-ness, noticed that too, dramatically. stoped getting the notociable brain cleaning perception enhanceing affects awile back. but also stopped ording from eden in bulk where they where probs fridged, instead from the store. that said once again, the store bought non fridgedated used to always do wonders for me inbetween edens cases so something def stopped workin.
