I am so glad to find someone else with eczema who has had the same reaction to coconut oil. having read so much about the benefits with no mention of any adverse effects, I was cooking with it and putting it on my skin. I wasn't sure what was causing the painful hacks on my fingers and on the palms of my hands but having tried to eliminate all other possible causes, am now left with no doubt that it is the coconut oil. Thank you.
