Needing advice please. I think I used to have a low thyroid because my hands, feet were usually on the colder side and my body temp was a little lower than normal but now my eyes are bulging and I think I might have hyperthyroidism. Any thoughts to help this. The Dr. did blood work but it came back fine. Not sure I trust it though!! Thinking I should follow the Iodine protocol but am confused because I think I'm on the hyper side now. Wondering if adrenal fatigue could be part of it all, too. Thank you to all who can give me some direction/suggestions.
