Calcium can deposit in places it isn't suppose to. Like the kidneys or arteries. K2 tells the calcium to go where it belongs. In the teeth and bones.

That's why some have problems with the D vitamins as they cause you to absorb more calcium. Not enough K2 and you might do more harm than good with more calcium.
