I have not done a Liver Flush yet but I've been doing a liver detox (Renew Life) because I believe I may have a clogged or fatty liver (due to bulletproof coffee for a year).

My shoulders and neck are incredibly sore and stiff. I feel somehow this is related to my liver. Once I do a liver flush, I will update this if I experience any lessening of the shoulder and neck stiffness.
