DMSA is a no no for me. digestion has been worse since I've started. Also, dark circles and facial overall looks are worse. I think it's triggering candida because the back of my tongue has a nasty thick layer of white mucous.

Going to try taking ALA by itself since I am mostly concerned of getting the mercury out of brain and glands.

Anything else other than DMSA and DMPS that I could take along with ALA to reduce mercury distribution ? Or is it fine to take ALA by itself.
