SF, I have a buddy from my very early days in holistics/10 yrs ago, that not only practiced the blood type diet, she literally taught classes on it in Alaska.

Couple of yrs into our friendship, I got an email from her husband, she'd had a very debilitating stroke. IF the blood type diet was science, would she have had a stroke? she even weighed and measured everything she put in her mouth.
