Keep it up mate. I feel that the leaving it alone method is a good idea myself, but I have been prescribed a steroid so I'm using that, but I don't know if it's helping.

I also take pictures every day, I feel as if it somehow helps me. I like to look back and think damn it was a lot worse a month ago or w/e.
