I have an itchy scalp, hair loss, dandruff, and excess sebum.

My hair falls out with the bulb on it and if I itch my scalp my finger nail fills with white stuff. I suspect this to be excess sebum.

My hair loss is most abundant where my scalp itches the most.

I eat only vegetables and once or twice a week I eat chicken or turkey. I have eaten this way for 8 months and for the last 5 years I have eaten a non processed food diet (vegetables, meat, fruit, rice, and oats). Also, I exercise 5 days a week.

Is this Candida? or is something else causing the excess sebum which is causing all of my scalp problems?

All of my other conditions have been cured but this I cannot get rid of.

Please help, this is driving me crazy and I feel like I have tried everything.
