I put 1/4 teas of borax into 1 litre of water, drank half the litre and ever since my bowels have been way more shut down than usual. It's a week later and I'm having to take double amounts of laxatives in addition to a lot of flaxseed and psyllium powder to be able to have a bowel movement. Having trouble believing this is just a die-off effect from that one dose a week ago. Any ideas on how I can get my normal bowel function back?
