Hello!

I understood what you meant, I will re-feed for 30-45 days after my fast. I am still on my fast currently, but I think I will have to break it tomorrow because my hunger came back really strong today. I have read that when this happens you are supposed to listen to your body and break your fast so I think that is what I will do. What kind of everyday fasting do you recommend? Like eating once a day? Thank you so much once again for replying! Have a great day!
