I used to take probiotics and anti fungal but stopped as they weren't helping, in fact I felt I got worse. being completely honest here, I don't eat alot. and when I do eat, I don't eat oily food. I eat mostly rice, bread, sugary stuff(been cutting down alot), chicken breast boiled, fish, eggs. I don't eat alot of junk food. only sweets chocolates once in a while. no potato chips or anything else. I thought my diet was pretty clean hence this issue left me dumbfounded..
