Thanks for your response, I've never thought of trying those either, and I gave the silver another shot, taking as much as you recommended yesterday and wow...my brain feels like, crystal clear and my mood is phenomenal. It's funny and a little sad that you get so used to feeling like you're in a haze all the time and miserable you think it's normal after awhile... Then it lifts and it's like WOA, so thank you for that suggestion too!

It probably won't last but least lets me know the stuff can work.

I don't know if I'll discover anything else on my own, honestly I'd love to give back any advice for helpful supplements or diets but so far most things only work for a week if they help me at all. But I'll combine some things and I know I'll get there eventually...so thank you again.
