Hey there

Oh cool, thanks so much for the links! I'll look into this as you say, it's a better alternative than the pharmaceutical junk...I've only gotten worse bothering with that crap. I did try 'CDS' for a month or so, and this helped with brain fog but not much improvement with gut function. I had asked some advice on that a few years back and some folks thought it still might not have been strong enough, so I'll give Turpentine a go.
