Anyone have comprehensive info about what all symptoms fasting is good for. I have multiple health issues so am just doing small fasts, like 16,17 hours, stuff like that. I did that yesterday, ate lunch n dinner afterwards. I woke up this morning feeling like my food was all the way at the top of my stomach unconfortably, doing anothrr fast but also going to make sure I get needed calories afterwards. Not binging afterwards but just eating higher calorie foods (I'm vegan for over 4 yrs n have been severely ill for over 10, it has helped tremendously.)
