I just finished my first gallbladder and liver flush. I passed hundreds of stones including one that was really big. Approximately 3 cm. Here are some of the benefits I am experiencing:
1. Increase in appetite. I used to hate food especially breakfast. In my opinion its because I had too much congestion in liver and colon. This congestion sent negative signals to brain to suppress hunger and appetite. Because of this I was very skinny and always embarrassed of how skeletal I am.
2. Less congestion in my nose - easier to breath. My nose used to feel stuffed all the time. Only one nostril would be open so I could breath. Even when I talked it sounded like my nose was congested. Now I feel like this congestion is going away. Both of my nostrils are open. I notice a difference in how my voice sounds. Its louder.

What are some of the positive things that you noticed after the first flush?
