Sorry to hear about your problems. It couldn't be more frustrating when "doctors" can't help us making us have to deal with this on our own.

Going through similar issue (no hair loss but premature aging) too but slowly getting better with liver flushes, coffee enemas, lifestyles changes and now heavy metal chelation.

have you ever looked into heavy metal toxicity?

could be copper, mercury, lead....etc...

adrenal fatigue/candida are just symptoms of a deeper problem happening in your body (mercury/copper toxicity, parasites,liver congestion, etc....)

Maybe go to a naturopath who can do some hormonal testing as well as heavy metal?
