I will certainly keep my diet on point in order to avoid a repetition in the future.

Lessons learned here.

Looking back I believe everything happens for a reason and I feel like sometimes the only way to get us to stop and pay attention is through pain.

It's certainly not enjoyable and I (and many others) could have gladly done without but at the same time I gained a lot of knowledge and support from the likes of a certain DesertLily :-)

Oh and by the way : when I showed the proctologist pictures (yes I took pictures with my phone) of my bowel movements and the bloody mucus he didn't even flinch and said it was normal for my body to get rid of old mucus when on a Water Fast ;-)

Guess his stomach was used to this by default.
