Thank you so much everyone for your suggestions! I will look into them.

This is essentially a balancing act, but it's so hard because my wife has many health issues. She even has a parotid tumor (although it's benign) that I haven't mentioned until now. That's why she has to take many supplements. Each thing she takes has a purpose. I look at these as nutritional supplements, not medicines like pharmaceutical drugs. Every disease has a nutritional deficiency related to it. We are not able to get complete nutrition from the food we eat anymore, after our heavy industrialization and abuse of nature has ravaged the earth and depleted the naturally occurring nutrients in our food. So we need to supplement.

As for the spiritual side, we are using the violet flame (teachings of Saint Germain and the Ascended Masters - http://www.summitlighthouse.org/) to transmute negative karma, which is actually the greater cause of disease that not everyone is aware of.
