I don't do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) because it makes me throw up. I have been doing enemas (almost)every morning (I know that Burroughs speaks strongly against doing them but since pretty much every else fasting related book that I have read recommends them I decided to take the chance). This is my second time fasting on the Master-Cleanse and today is my 15th day. I have had no problems so far so I figured it must be working for me.

Where I live (rural Japan) the laxative teas are simply not an option since I am far away from the closest health food store.
