Did you take it on an empty stomach ? These kind of symptoms can come from it mixing with and interacting with food.

Also, taking a probiotic on a regular basis might be helpful if the H202 is killing off your good bacterial flora. There doesn't seem to be anything conclusive, except for people's opinions, so I would take some to cover yourself.

The other option is just to do the inhalation method.
