It is quite possible you have multiple parasites at once. It is difficult to identify all of them. I would try to treat those worms and larvae w meds. I am not sure what you have, but if you see anything in stool and put a picture up, here we can try to ID. I understand it is hard but good news you might have got ridden one of them already,if you dont itch anymore. Ivermectin does not really help w mites as far as i know, but you can search for mites or larvae here in the search field, and look at the Picture Gallery to find some answers.
