I feel for you about all that. A few things you might try,

Chlorophyll tablets , more specifically a product called Nullo
When showering use Hebiclens soap
Since your skin is naturally acid try washing with water with a ph of 9.0 to counter it.

This stuff would of course be a temporary fix, as soon as ypu stop taking ut your problem would come back so defiently see the doc. You can find that stuff on amazon, and a lot of helpful reviews that might make you feel better, best of luck!
