Yes it will depending on how you got the leaky gut. If the damage was from say medicine like pain killers taken for a long time.

But if it's from Antibiotics and a overgrowth of a pathogen of some kind and you have alot of auto immune reactions to food that damages the small intestine. Then no it won't.

Small intestine uses l glutamine to heal it self. So it needs all the help it can get
