few things that I would consider:

- Elimination - Rotation Diet ;
- Liver Flush ;
- topical Lugols Iodine diluted to 1% or less ;
- topical Sea Salt ;

You have to find out what you react to.

It could even be chrome allergy from weight lifting .

Find your triggers.
