I've taken 2-3 full courses of different brands of probiotics (including the one mentioned) trying to help my EC, but none have helped. I would not use the word ''scam'', because some people may derive some benefit, if any, but they are certainly not the must have product they are made out to be. Let's keep in mind that there are much better sources of friendly gut bacteria that you can get from fermented fruits and vegetables, which you can make yourself.
