D. Gary Young suggested to use Agave instead of Maple Syrup B. It is a lighter tasteing almost like honey sweetener that is made from cactus. I used it on my first and now 2nd Master-Cleanse with great success. I've tried even doing 1/2 and 1/2 of Maple Syrup and Agave but I like the plain Agave the best. Raw agave is even better.

Hang in there. You will lose weight no matter what - just do what your body tells you to.
