Hello and thanks for your reply!
I have tried a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) once before. It was last summer at a resort here in Sweden which lasted for 7 days. I also took Bentonite clay (powder form) together with other herbs three days daily, all finely ground.
First day it worked well. Second, third and fourth day NOTHING came out. I didn't have a BM for three days during that time (juice fast+SWF). I did a water enema on the 3rd afternoon and pushed out what felt like 2-3 logs. I was greatly relieved afterwards.
It feels like my bowel don't work at all if I don't move a lot. If I walk around 10.000-15.000 steps a day, it's much easier to have a BM than it is on a weekend if I don't move much at all.
I will most definitely do more water enemas, once weekly perhaps. I take a supplement that I get from my local pharmacy, no prescription needed. It helps me have somewhat of a BM once a day.
I want to thrive on a raw food/vegan diet in the end, but it feels like I can't process any fruit at all. If I make my own juice I feel bloated just by doing that, even on a juice fast.
I read another reply I got here above yours. He/she said that I should eat many different kinds of fat, lots of ghee, salt, steak/meat/indian food etc. It a bit confusing, but as you say; I know what my body can eat tolerate and what it cannot. But I want to vary my weekly diet, and not just brown rice with salmon :) Especially now during summer-time, I want to eat more fruit, but I can't. Sucks :(
I will look into buying a good enzyme-supplement. As well as taking vitamin D supplements I think.
I'm going to try and find a local naturophat/herbalist who can chime in with a more "professional" -input. I'm desperate as f*ck over here as I'm starting to get older :) Apologize for my language, and thanks for your reply once again!
