Great name! I'm no expert (I'm on Day 10 of my first cleanse), but from what I have read, the Grade B organic has many more of the nutrients we need that the Grade A. So if I were you, I would get the Grade B. Also, I'm not a big maple syrup fan either, but in the lemonade, I can't even taste maple. It just seems to sweeten it up some.
