I just made a nice big jar of the cilantro chutney, and omg it's manna, for me. I like to eat it on a plain flatbread cracker made of parched barley flour, a bit of olive oil or coconut oil, water and salt. so so good.

I pretty much disagree with any kind of generally held say-so, anymore, when it comes to health and wholeness, but not in a fighting way. . . instead, in a way that learns from the best along the way, but stays true to the evolving moment, while looking at it from beyond. (sounds lofty maybe, but it's simpler than it ever might seem. I 'fail' to see clearly when I get trapped in thinking "I am this body", or "I am these thoughts.." Dull, white-sky days can get people trapped into collective ideas, and reactions,which alas, are almost always low-vibration. .)
I just feel like it's absurd for any human being to feel so limited as to have to adhere to any particular "diet" or mode of nourishment, other than the general and all-encompassing (which gets bigger and bigger) mode of working to one's highest expression, non-harm and the benefit of all. So much of that is just a frequency, it seems to me.
All -of course- may be very useful, for each, and each according to their capacities and the times, days, hours, minutes, etc. Sometimes the kindest way to be, to oneself and anyone else is to adhere for a time to some way of eating like vegan, or vegetarian, or "meatless monday", so-called. Or, all high-kale smoothies, etc. etc. or maybe the forty day orange juice "fast", or the "grape cure". I have eaten tons of black grapes the last month or so, and that sure lifts the vibration. Sometimes I have "too much" energy and have to ground it (slow it down) with something like a chick-pea curry.
Maybe the best thing to do, for anyone is to learn how to muscle-test, dowse, or however one sees it, for strong/weak, true/false, yes/no.
The book "Power vs Force" might be a good intro to that, for some people.

There's such an interesting piece of info about Aspartame in the book--I'll leave it for the reader to discover it; it can kind of rock one's world just to consider the ramifications (of what the human being is capable of, when operating from the highest levels of truth).
At some point I think we will just easily intuit what to eat and it will be some tiny amount of this, or that, or maybe -lol- a lot of cilantro chutney, through the winter, a lot of dandelion for one week in spring, or whatever. After all, we are not really living by food, not really.. but what a divine gift it is, given to us, this light slowed down into matter, and then, especially with the plant kingdom, imprinted with Sol, and reminding our very cells, that we too are naturally, fun-da-mentally 'green' living beings. :-) (haha, sounds like a rap name: Dr. FunDaMental.
