It's good that youre this early into the disease the sooner you tackle it the faster you will be able to heal your self. You've got a bacteria overgrowth in your small intestines that is causing you digestion problems and making food rot in your gut. If you follow that diet plan it will heal your gut to the point where you wont need to go on a diet anymore.
