Good Morning,

I am new here, and to the MC. I am on day 2 of the cleanse and am struggling a little bit. Of course, on day 1 I also started my monthly. I was hoping that in posting here I might find some support, as I am finding already I am feeling weak and wanting to eat something. Anyway, thank you for any feed back :)
