I am 38 and I had both a tummy tuck & a breast lift at the same time in March of 2010. I breast feed 3 kids so my breasts were full on the bottom and flat on the top. They were also very big while breast feeding, usa size G. After choosing good doctor Dr Rino Lorenzo in Manila,Philippines, he and I decided on a lift with a small implant 32dd. It sounds big but it fits my frame nicely. Before my surgery I did a lot of running and got in good shape so after surgery I didn’t feel comfortable working out for about 8 weeks due to my tummy tuck procedure. I feel no regrets and my husband loves them!
