I'm new to this forum, and was just diagnosed with adrenal fatigue (low cortisol). My total daily cortisol output is 18..
Has anyone on here successfully treated low cortisol with HC and been able to wean off it and never need it again?
My ND wants to try licorice and Ribes nigrum first, as I've tried every other herb/adaptogen out there with no results.
