YOU CAN DO IT!!!! If you did it once you can do it again... Do not be hard on yourself if you cannot this time... Sometimes it is just not the right time... i am on day 6 about to start day 7... i have done the Master-Cleanse about four times... i have lasted 10 days, 17 days and 18 days... This time i am hoping for 35... However, i tried to start one time in January and another time in February and my body refused to let me... i had excruciating headaches and vomiting... So when i started this month, i was calm about it and tried not to become too anxious... And it was easier when the anxiety was minimized... You just need to focus on the goal for you, your body and you spirit. You will be ok!!! Have faith that you can do it!!!!
