My hair has been falling out the past months more or less. I have not taken any biotin. Started supplements only a while ago and Now i see it is an ingredient of the b complex vitamin. I would feel sorry thrpwing it away. Could it be causing hair loss only in certain cases? Or is that a rule of thumb?
