Hey there. I am a newbie, I have been going through a lot of trial and error lately. I have started the mc anew today, after sabotaging myself, by eating food. I made it upto day five, and gave in to temptation. It is important to do the swf every day, because it cleans out your GI tract, and it is very important to drink the whole quart of water. When I first tried the swf with white Sea Salt , in warm water, I thought all the MCers were freaks. I mean how could anybody endure that torture? Doing the swf flush with a better tasting salt, and in cold water, is actually pleasant. I am still very traumatized from the white Sea Salt , so every time I take a sip of the swf I expect to vomit. Once I drink the salty solution, the trauma goes away. Good luck to you, and I hope you make it to day ten, without giving in to the temptation.
