I must be on the right track then as I'm feeling very minimal symptoms ie. slight burning feeling in legs, insomnia, digestive distress, mood issues.

I believe that mercury is the cause of my AF so I'm hoping my major gains will be from ALA since it will detox pituitary and adrenal glands, something that DMSA won't do.

Yes I started FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) saunas. just shinning a lamp on my abdomen area.
