I’m currently on round 3. My first 2 rounds with 12.5 DMSA (3 days on 4 day off) didn’t really give me any reaction. So on this third round I am using 25mg (3 days on 4 days off) and so far I haven’t experienced anything.

My 1/8 dose would actually be 27.5 mg since I weight 220 lbs. I’m thinking my dose isn’t enough because I have always had high tolerance to any drugs or supplement.

How long should I stick with this 25mg routine before I bump it up to 37.5? Also, would it help if I went 7 days on 7 days off ? longer rounds rather than high dosage.

In 1 month I am introducing ALA.
