Tergot223 i am confused to try things as there are many things which worked for people.

Sometimes it feels that i should focus on creams to heal ec , sometimes i feels i should focus on diet and stomach health.

I will try probiotics for long period ,i used them for 10 days in past but cannot say they helped me or not.
