Did all the worms look the same? The orange one you described was ascaris. Its possible to only have a few of those or To have lots of them. The other stuff looks like some type of fluke. I would stop all the supplements for now and start taking albendazole or fenbendazole because it is very broad spectrum. 400 mg twice a day for 15 days, then 2 weeks off and do two more rounds. I would also take ivermectin to kill off larval stages and steralize the worms. 7 days one dose a day. 3 days off. repeat three times. Take milk thistle to support you liver and amino acids to help support your detox pathways. Give the rest a break for awhile because this die off will be hard enough on your liver. If those are flukes then you can treat them after you are done treating the round worms.
