I am sorry, but you need to explore the world. These doshas were written 4 thousand years ago. All Vedas were written even before that, they must have done a lot of studying to write a FAT book about averything imaginable, including health. Egyptians also had health studies done.

You probably can read before commenting, it only shows our western arrogance.
