Two more things that have seemed to help.

I cut lactose from my diet (note developing lactose intolerance suddenly can be caused by a serious problem in your digestive tract - see a dr)

Another thing I was drooling a foul smelling liquid also at night which would also get on my clothes. for this try using mouthwash for 30 seconds gargling as well on the top of your throat. and wash out your nose with a nose cleaning kit of salt water every day..

Good luck to everyone suffering with this problem, I know how it feels but just don't give up.

I also have really high blood pressure for my age so might want to check yours as well. let me know if you have any questions.
